Residences

Currently we have completed provisional schematic designs for three types of residential structures. This page displays all of these structures. For the different layouts and possible living arrangements within them, please go to the Living Options page.

Shared House

This structure has four private bedroom suites, two upstairs and two down, each including spacious bed area, large closet, accessible bathroom (on first floor), sitting and desk area, small wetbar, and screened porch. The four suites share a common area with kitchen, dining and living rooms, half bath, small entry porch and screened porch.

1-story Flex House

This structure combines a 2-bedroom house with a 2-room suite, all on one level. The house has two bedrooms with a shared bath in between, kitchen, dining and living rooms and half bath along with a screened porch. On the other side of the common area is the suite, with a small sitting/living area with wet bar opening into a bedroom with closet and accessible full bath. The suite has a door to the house which may or may not be used as the residents decide. The suite could also function as a master bedroom suite, making this  structure a three-bedroom house.

2-story Flex House

This structure combines a 2-story 2-bedroom house with a 1-room suite. Upstairs the house has two bedrooms with a shared bath in between. Downstairs are kitchen, dining and living rooms, half bath, and a screened porch. On the other side of the first-floor common areas is the suite with bed area, large closet, accessible full bath, small wetbar, and screened porch. The suite has a door to the house which may or may not be used as the residents decide. The suite could also function as a master bedroom suite, making this structure a three-bedroom house.

This unit is also designed to be duplexed with a mirror-image unit sharing the wall with stairs and utility spaces. In the drawings posted here, a duplexed unit is included but without an attached suite.
